2. Personal data is a term that refers to any information related to you, such as: first and last name, address (business address), phone number, tax identification number (NIP), personal identification number (PESEL), or email address. The personal data we may collect from you include: first and last name, phone number, and email address. However, the scope of data collected depends on the nature of the relationship with you and may encompass a broader range of data. The processing of personal data is always associated solely with the provision of services to you.

3. The Controller ensures the clarity and style of the information and communication provided to individuals whose data are processed. The Controller processes your personal data in accordance with the following principles: based on legal grounds and in compliance with the law, fairly and transparently to the data subject, for specific purposes, with care for the accuracy of the data, no longer than necessary, and ensuring appropriate data security.

Your personal data may be processed: a) based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), b) in connection with the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take pre-contractual steps at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), as well as in connection with the use of the functionalities of the website at https://isoauto.eu , c) for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including responding to questions submitted via the "Contact" tab, as well as for statistical and analytical purposes, where the legitimate interest of the Controller is the ability to conduct analyses and statistics of its activities pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, d) in connection with the fulfillment of obligations arising from national and EU law pursuant to Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, e) for the purposes of defending against potential claims based on the legally justified interest of the Controller.

Recipients of your data are individuals authorized by the Controller to process them within the scope of their official duties, as well as entities to which the Controller entrusts the performance of tasks that require data processing, but only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of this processing (including entities providing IT services, hosting, storing and maintaining the website, its content, and data, or other services ensuring the proper functioning of the website, entities providing accounting services, or legal assistance). In addition to the aforementioned entities, your data may only be disclosed to entities authorized to do so under applicable legal regulations. The Controller has taken due care to adequately secure the provided personal data, especially against unauthorized access.

However, you cannot exercise this right when processing is necessary to fulfill legal obligations or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of claims. d) Right to object - you can object at any time to data processing for reasons related to your particular situation, in cases where your data is processed for purposes arising from legitimate interests (e.g. for statistical and analytical purposes). In such a case, the Controller will cease processing personal data, unless there are important legal grounds for their processing that take precedence over the interests, rights, and freedoms of the user, or the basis for establishing, exercising, or defending claims. e) Right to restriction of processing - to restrict processing, i.e., to suspend processing operations beyond storage in specific situations, e.g. when necessary for correction or when they are no longer needed but their storage is required to protect your rights. f) Right to data portability - to request data that you have provided or to have them sent directly to another designated administrator, if technically feasible.

8. Data security is a priority for us. However, if you believe that by processing your personal data we violate GDPR regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. Server Logs Using the website involves sending requests to the server where the website is stored. Each request sent to the server is recorded in server logs. The logs include, among other things, your IP address, server date and time, information about the web browser and operating system you use. Server logs are recorded and stored on the server.
